During the 3SQM online test, your call will be recorded and temporarily stored for a limited time period. During this time, the user may listen to the recordings through the online login. OPTICOM is entitled to delete recordings at any time without cause and without further notice.
OPTICOM will use the recorded speech files for the 3SQM analysis, and report the test results to the user.
OPTICOM reserves the right to use the recorded speech files and/or results for further internal voice testing, research and development and statistical analysis. OPTICOM further reserves the right to use and to publish the recorded speech files, solely in an anonymous form (i.e. not publishling the user's name) for test and demonstration purposes and in particular cases, only.
